Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an update with a tracking number via email so you can keep updated on its whereabouts!
How soon does my order get shipped out?
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (pre-order or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page.
- In stock: It’s in our facilities and ready to be shipped out to you! Shipping timelines are usually within 3 to 5 business days from today's date, but be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page. You'll see it above the "Add to Cart" button.
- Pre-order: We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! You can still purchase it in this state, but please note that it can take a bit more time to receive your jewels.
If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, the order may be split in two or it may ship on the latest date. Use this rule to determine your shipping date: if the difference between the dates is more than 8 business days, the order will be split in two. If the difference is less than 8 business days, it will be shipped together once all items are available (on the latest shipping date). Keep in mind that only orders shipping within Malaysia are eligible for split shipments. Your estimated shipping dates will be noted in your confirmation email once the order is placed!
How is my order shipped?
We use Pgeon Delivery for all Malaysian orders and Aramex for Singaporean orders. Estimated shipping timelines are:
Malaysia: 2-3 business days
Singapore: 2-3 business days
How much is shipping?
We're happy to cover shipping costs for orders above RM 150 or SGD 85 (before any applicable discount).
West Malaysia (below RM 150): RM6.50 shipping fee is applied
East Malaysia (below RM 150): RM10.50 shipping fee is applied
Singapore (below SGD 85): SGD7 shipping fee is applied
Returns and Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Returns or exchanges are only allowed in certain circumstances, within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Products must be unworn, kept in their original condition and packaging. If you've received a faulty item, we'll be more than happy to replace it for you. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not allowed for change of mind.
What is a faulty item?
A faulty item is such as:-
- Item with manufacturing faults.
- Item does not match its description.
- Item is different from what was ordered.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at email@example.com prior to sending it back. We cannot accept liability for an item until it is returned and has been confirmed as faulty.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us within 14 days and we will be sure to get you the items you ordered.
Can I cancel/return a pre-ordered item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are placed during a pre-order period at any time prior to shipping. Why? We operate on limited inventory and pre-order items are "special" in the sense where it gets made just for you!
How is my jewellery packed?
Every order is packed in our premium Mon Theia gift box (approximately 3 items per box) that also doubles up as a jewellery storage box. Items are individually packed in a branded plastic sleeve.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
Everything deserves some love! When not wearing your jewellery, be sure to store it in the box. This helps prevent scratching and oxidisation. Avoid water and sweat when wearing your piece. Always remove your jewellery when applying scents, lotions and sprays. The rule of thumb is - put on your jewellery last before heading out the door, and take it off the first thing when you come home.
